| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku insolvenčního řízení, konkrétně na úpadek řešený konkursem v České republice. V teoretické části je popsán průběh insolvenčního řízení, jsou stanovena významná práva a povinnosti procesních subjektů a účastníků řízení z právního a účetního pohledu. Praktická část práce je pak věnována analýze konkursů u tří společností. Mezi zkoumané oblasti patří struktura věřitelů a jejich pohledávek, časový průběh insolvenčního řízení, proces zpeněžení majetkové podstaty, míra uspokojení jednotlivých skupin věřitelů a plnění povinností dlužníků stanovených zákonem č. 563/1991 Sb., o účetnictví. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on insolvency proceedings issues, specifically on bankruptcy solved with straight bankruptcy in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the process of insolvency proceedings, it sets out the significant rights and obligations of parties to the proceedings from the legal and accounting point of view. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of bankruptcies of three companies. The examined areas include the structure of creditors and their receivables, the time course of insolvency proceedings, the process of monetization of assets, the level of satisfaction of particular groups of creditors and the fulfillment of debtors' obligations stipulated by Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting. |
