| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je seznámení s teorií problematiky zavádění změn a možnostmi jejího praktického uplatnění ve firmách. V této práci se využily znalosti získané rozborem teorie a byly použity pro analýzu předchozích neúspěchů při implementaci informačního systému ve středně velké stavební společnosti. Z možných nástrojů managementu změny byly vybrány ty nejvhodnější k potlačení odporu pracovníků a stakeholderů pro úspěšné zavedení systému a úpravu procesu. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this work is to research the change management theory and to discover possibilities of practical application in companies. In this work I use knowledge acquired for analysis of previous unsuccessful attempts for change implementation of an information system in a middle-sized construction company. Out of possible change management tools I selected the most suitable one for handling of the resistance against the change from own employees and stakeholders in order to successfully implement change and conduct the process optimalization. |
