| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout Balanced Scorecard pro společnost BĚH s. r. o. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, nástroje strategické analýzy, nástroj Balanced Scorecard a jsou zde shrnuty jeho přínosy a omezení. V praktické části je představena společnost BĚH s. r. o., provedena strategická analýza, zformulováno poslání, zformulována vize a strategie, vyhotovena strategická mapa a navržen model Balanced Scorecard pro daný podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to design Balanced Scorecard for the company BĚH s. r. o. The thesis has a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are described the basic terms, tools of strategic analysis, Balanced Scorecard and summarized its benefits and limitations. In the practical part, there is introduced the company BĚH s. r. o., made a strategic analysis, formulated mission, vision and strategy, prepared a strategic map and designed a Balanced Scorecard model for the company. |
