| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomová práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. k datu 1.1.2019. Diplomová práce se bude skládat z pěti oddílů. V prvním oddílu bude samotné představení Společnosti. Dále pak následuje strategická a finanční analýza, výsledkem které bude vymezení konkurenční pozice společnosti na trhu a zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Dále bude sestaven finanční plán na pět let na základě předem vymezených generátorů hodnoty. Výsledné ocenění společnosti bude provedeno výnosovou metodou s využitím diskontovaných peněžních toků pro vlastníky a věřitele (FCFF) a parametrického vzorce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to determine the market value of the company Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. to 1.1.2019. The diploma thesis will consist of five sections. The first section will present the Company itself. Then follows a strategic and financial analysis, the result of which will be the definition of the company's competitive position in the market and the evaluation of the company's financial health. Furthermore, a financial plan for five years will be drawn up based on pre-defined value drivers. The resulting valuation of the company will be carried out by the yield method using discounted cash flows for owners and creditors (FCFF) and a parametric formula. |
