| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá celkovým pohledem na finanční plánování podniku. Náplní je rozebrání jednotlivých kroků, popsání jejich významu v systému plánování a jaké úkony je třeba vykonat pro následné fungování vytvořené struktury. Dále jsou v práci rozebrány faktory rozšiřující základní systém plánů, jako je řízení výkonnosti. Na konec je v práci pohled na potřeby plánování z pozice podniků nacházející se v různém životním stádiu. |

| Abstract: | This Master's thesis deals with a general view of financial planning of a company. The task is to analyse the individual steps, describe their importance in the planning system and what actions need to be performed for the subsequent functioning of the created structure. Furthermore, the work discusses the factors expanding the basic system of plans, such as performance management or the view of planning from the perspective of small companies. Last chapter of this work analyses financial planning needs from the perspective of different stage of business life cycle. |
