| Abstract: | Cílem práce je prostudovat teoretické základy finanční analýzy vlastně vytvořeného podniku a použití získaných znalostí v praktické části. V práci jsou řešeny hlavně tyto úkoly: výzkum teoretických základů finanční situace podniku, finanční analýza podniku, která je založená na finančních výkazech a klíčových ukazatelích výkonnosti za období od roku 2021 do roku 2024 a analýza daňového systému podniku a problémů, které před ním a dalšími podniky v tomto odvětví vznikají. Získané výsledky je možné použít k provedení komplexní finanční analýzy uvedeného podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study the theoretical foundations of financial analysis of the actually created company and the use of acquired knowledge in the practical part. The thesis focuses mainly on the following tasks: research of the theoretical foundations of the company's financial situation, financial analysis of the company, which is based on financial statements and key performance indicators for the period from 2021 to 2024 and analysis of the company's tax system and problems in businesses sector which are emerging during the period of existing the company. The obtained results can be used to perform a comprehensive financial analysis of the company. |
