| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je návrh business modelu informačního systému, který se primárně navrhuje pro ruský trh crowdinvestingových platforem. V rámci této studie jsou identifikovány charakteristické vlastnosti ruského prostředí, které následně jsou použité jako základ pro návrh business modelu se zásahem do technických charakteristik celého systému. Díky rešerši nejen vědecké literatury, ale i hlubokého ponoření do oficiálních dokumentů vybrané země, pro kterou je řešení navrhováno, se vyvíjí business řešení takového typu, aby obchodní a softwarová interakce byla schopná působit bez porušení místní legislativy. Tudíž lze tvrdit, že přínosem této práce je návrh informač-ního systému schopného všestranně působit v Rusku. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is creation of the business model blueprint, which is primarily designed for the Russian economy in terms of crowdinvesting platforms. This work identifies characteristic traits of Russian environment, which is further used as the basis for designing specific business model and these traits are further implemented into technical characteristic of the whole system. Thanks to the research of academical literature and deep study within the oficial documentation of the chosen country, for which this solution is created, this business solution is created in the way that the business and software interaction is able to be applied without breaking local legislation. Thus its possible to say that the benefit of this thesis is creating the design of information system able to versitale functionality in Russia. |
