| Abstract: | Cílem předložené habilitační práce je poukázat na vliv odvětví a jeho charakteristik na odlišnosti rodinného a nerodinného podnikání. V rámci mého působení v akademické sféře jsem měla možnost uvedené druhy podniků mezioborově komparovat. Prostřed-nictvím explorativního výzkumu ukazuji, že doposud opomíjený vliv odvětví má na podobu a odlišnosti mezi rodinnými a nerodinnými podniky vliv. Hlavní odlišnosti v mezioborovém srovnání jsou navázány na charakter poskytované hodnoty produktu výrobek/služba a také na vymezení odlišností rodinných a nerodinných podniků v nově vznikajících odvětvích. Obdobné výzkumy na uvedené téma zatím chybí, popř. jim není věnována významná pozornost. Habilitační práce tak naznačuje další možnosti výzku-mu v oblasti rodinného a nerodinného podnikaní a s tím související následný posun ve vědeckém oboru. |

| Abstract: | The presented habilitation thesis aims to point out the influence of industry and its characteristics on the differences between family and non-family businesses. Due to my practice in the academic sphere, I have had an opportunity to observe different types of businesses and to make the interdepartmental comparison. Based on the explorative research I display, that the industry influent the differences between family and non-family businesses. The main differences in the interdepartmental comparison are connected with the characteristic of offered products/services and also with differences between family and non-family businesses in new types of industries. There is a lack of similar research on this theme. Habilitation theses suggest other possible directions of the research in the field of family and non-family businesses and connected shift in the scientific approach. |
