| Abstract: | Je společnost prosazující se v různých odvětvích činnosti konkurenceschopná ve srovnání s podniky zaměřenými na jednu určitou aktivitu? Odpovědět na danou otázku se pokusí táto bakalářská práce. Právě jejím cílem je zhodnocení finančního zdraví a celkové stability společnosti FORTEX–AGS a. s. pomocí provedení finanční analýzy zpracované na základě veřejně přístupných dat za období let 2015-2019. Zkoumání bude provedeno z pohledu externího uživatele – investora za účelem zvažování budoucích možností investování. Práce je tvořena dvěma částmi, metodickou a praktickou. Metodická část je věnovaná definici důležitých finančních ukazatelů, včetně jejich rozboru a výpočtu. Každý ž těchto ukazatelů bude uplatněn v praktické části práce a výsledky budou porovnány s dalšími tuzemskými konkurenčními podniky. V závěru práce bude zhodnocena celková finanční pozice společnosti FORTEX-AGS a. s. na trhu v daném odvětví a zároveň zjištěno, zda je podnik pro investora bonitní a případná investice rentabilní. |

| Abstract: | Is a company operating in different sectors of activity competitive compared to companies focused on one certain activity? This bachelor thesis will try to answer the given question. Its goal is to evaluate the financial health and overall stability of the company FORTEX - AGS a.s. by performing a financial analysis, which is based on publicly available data for the period 2015-2019. The research is conducted from the perspective of an external user - the investor to consider future investment opportunities. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first methodological part is devoted to the basic characteristics, description of the company and the definition of important financial indicators, including their analysis and calculation. Subsequently, each of these indicators will be applied in the practical part of the work and the results will be compared between domestic competitors. In conclusion, will be evaluated the overall financial position of the company on the market in the industry and at the same time it will be determined if the company is creditworthy and profitable for investing |
