| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je efektivita rozvojové spolupráce Evropské unie. Cílem sepsání diplomové práce je poskytnout konkrétnější představu o tom, jak se v průběhu posledních 20 let vyvíjela rozvojová spolupráce Evropské unie. Za cílem odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku, kterou je, jak se v průběhu posledních 20 let změnila její efektivita, byla aplikována teorie změny jako hlavní teoretický koncept, který posloužil jako indikátor vývoje a proměn v čase. V rámci tohoto konceptu byly zkoumány dokumenty, prospekty a projekty vybraných aktérů. |

| Abstract: | The main topic of the diploma thesis is the efficiency of the development cooperation of the European Union (EU). The aim of the thesis is to provide a more insightful idea of how the efficiencyof the European Union's development cooperation has developed over the last 20 years. In order to answer the research question, which is how its effectiveness has changed over the last 20 years, the theory of change has been applied as the main theoretical concep. It has served as an indicator of development and changes in efficiency over time. Within this concept, documents, brochures and projects of the selected actor were examined. |
