| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty 100 % a minoritního podílu společnosti LASVIT s.r.o., která se věnuje designové a sklářské výrobě pro klienty z celého světa. Hodnota 100 % a minoritního podílu společnosti bude stanovena k datu 1.1.2020. Úvod diplomové práce je zaměřen na představení společnosti a specifika s oceněním minoritního podílu, poté následuje strategická a finanční analýza. Další část je věnována generátorům hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu. Hlavní metodou pro ocenění společnosti byla zvolena metoda DCF Entity, doplňuje jí metoda tržního porovnání v podobě odvětvových multiplikátorů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the determination of the market value of 100 % and the minority share of the company LASVIT s.r.o., which is engaged in design and glass production for clients from all over the world. The value of the company's 100 % and minority stake is set of January 1st, 2020. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on the introduction of the company and the specifics of the valuation of minority stake, followed by a strategic and financial analysis. The next part is devoted to value drivers and the compilation of a financial plan. DCF Entity method is carried out as the main valuation method, supplemented by the market comparison method in the form of industry multipliers. |
