Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nákupním chováním českých spotřebitelů ve věku 18 až 40 let při nakupování potravin přes internet. Cílem je zjistit hlavní faktory ovlivňující nákupní chování spotřebitelů při nákupu online v kategorii potravin na českém trhu, určit profil typických spotřebitelů, kteří inklinují k online nákupním platformám a zjistit, jaký vliv mělo šíření nemoci covid-19 v České republice na chování spotřebitelů. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány a diskutovány základní pojmy, pohledy na spotřebitele a vlivy, které jej ovlivňují, kupní rozhodovací proces a jeho jednotlivé součásti. Dále se práce zabývá specifiky e-commerce a nákupního chování online a charakterizuje českého spotřebitele a trh e-commerce a e-commerce potravin v České republice. Samotný výzkum je založen na dotazníkovém šetření s účastí 554 respondentů. Dělí se na tři části: rozhodnutí o místě nákupu, nákupní chování zákazníka a vliv nemoci covid-19. Na závěr jsou prezentována doporučení pro společnosti působící na daném trhu.

Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of shopping behaviour of Czech consumers aged between 18 and 40 years when buying food over the internet. The aim is to identify the main factors influencing consumer behaviour when shopping online in the Czech market, to determine the profile of typical consumer who tend to use online shopping platforms and to find out what effect the spread of COVID-19 has had on consumer behaviour in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines and discusses the basic concepts, consumer views and the aspects that affect it, the purchasing decision-making process and its components. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the specifics of e-commerce and online shopping behaviour and characterizes Czech consumers and Czech market of e-commerce and grocery e-commerce. The research itself is based on a questionnaire survey with the participation of 554 respondents. It is divided into three parts: the decision on the place of purchase, the customer's shopping behaviour and the impact of the COVID-19 disease. Recommendations for companies operating in the market are presented at the end.
