| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá zhodnocením funkčnosti společné azylové politiky EU v kontextu uprchlické krize z roku 2015. Jejím cílem je na základě teoretického rámce a případových studií třech členských států zhodnotit funkčnost konceptu společné azylové politiky EU v souvislostech uprchlické krize roku 2015. Samotná práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První je teoretická, která uvádí základní terminologii a vysvětluje historii vývoje společné azylové politiky v Evropě. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na změny v azylové politice EU a bezprostřední reakci třech vybraných členských států na uprchlickou krizi v roce 2015. Třetí část je praktická a na základě informací z předchozích dvou kapitol vyvozuje závěry ohledně funkčnosti společné azylové politiky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the functionality of the EU asylum policy in the context of the refugee crisis in 2015. Its aim is to evaluate the functionality of the concept of the EU asylum policy in the context of the refugee crisis in 2015 on the basis of a theoretical framework and case studies of three member states. The paper itself is divided into three chapters. The first one is theoretical, introducing basic terminology and explaining the history of the development of the common asylum policy in Europe. The second chapter is focused on changes in EU asylum policy and the immediate response of three selected member states to the refugee crisis in 2015. The third part is practical and draws conclusions on the functionality of the common asylum policy based on information from the previous two chapters. |
