| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojistnými podvody na českém trhu. První část se zaměřuje na teorii, kde se nachází definice základních pojmů a možností, jak pojistný podvod vzniká. Následně se v práci popisuje prevence pojišťoven a systémů, které napomáhají s odhalováním pojistných podvodů. Druhá část se zaměřuje na trendy pojistných podvodů a skutečné případy od českých pojišťoven. Cílem praktické části je zanalyzovat vývoj pojistných podvodů na českém trhu za posledních 10 let a určit, zda se vyvíjí v závislosti na vybraných makroekonomických veličinách. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focus on insurance fraud in the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on the theory, where there is a definition of basic concepts and possibilities of how insurance fraud arises. It also describes the prevention of insurance companies and systems that help detect insurance fraud. The second part focuses on trends in insurance fraud and real cases from czech insurance companies. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the development of insurance fraud in the Czech republic over the last 10 years and to determine whether it is developing depending on selected macroeconomic variables. |
