| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci se porovnává úspěšnost vysokoškolských absolventů na trhu práce se zaměřením na rozlišení jejich pohlaví v letech 2010-2020. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy důležité pro zvolené téma práce: nabídka a poptávka trhu práce, nezaměstnanost a její druhy a měření, lidský kapitál a jeho náklady a výnosy, diskriminace, afirmativní akce a výhody a nevýhody absolventů vysokých škol. Praktická část používá statistickou analýzu k prověření dvou hypotéz: čerstvé absolventky vysoké školy jsou na trhu práce úspěšnější než muži, muži jsou v produktivním věku úspěšnější. Úspěšnost na trhu práce je posuzována mírou nezaměstnanosti. Obě hypotézy byly potvrzeny. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims at university graduates entering the labour market in years 2010 to 2020 in Czechia. It evaluates how successful they are in the labour market based on their gender. The theoretical part explains essential terms used for this thesis: the supply and the demand in the labour market, the unemployment and its measuring techniques, human capital and its costs and profits, the discrimination, the affirmative action and advantages and drawbacks of university graduates in the labour market. The practical part applies statistical analysis to evaluate two hypotheses: firstly, that recently university graduated women are more successful in the labour market than men, and secondly that men are more successful in the productive age than women. This thesis examines the lower unemployment rate, the more successful people in the labour market. Both hypotheses were successfully confirmed. |
