| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na etiku chování aktérů v obchodních vztazích, především pak na akciových trzích. V této bakalářské práci se jedná zejména o vnímání etiky propojené s filmem Vlk z Wall Street. Cílem této práce je identifikovat etická rizika znázorněná ve filmu a na základě dotazníků, které obsahují odpovědi respondentů na strukturovaný výzkum, zjistit možný dopad takovéhoto filmu i pro širokou laickou i odbornou veřejnost. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. Každá z nich je dále rozdělena do podkapitol. V teoretické části se tato práce zabývá definicemi akcií a akciových trhů a také identifikací neetického chování, které se k akciím může pojit. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou partií.. V první jsou identifikována etická rizika pojící se k filmu Vlk z Wall Street a v druhé partii je zpracován dotazník s uzavřenými i otevřenými otázkami pro respondenti, které se pojí k danému filmu a všeobecnému etickému vnímání. Strukturovaný dotazník byl následně zodpovězen třemi různými skupinami osob, a to studenty Vysoké školy ekonomické, studenty jiných škol a zástupci obchodních korporací, kteří měli nebo mohli mít praktické zkušenosti s obchodováním na akciových trzích. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the ethics of behavior in business relations, especially in stock markets. This bachelor's thesis is mainly about the perception of ethics associated with the film The Wolf of Wall Street. The aim of this work is to identify the ethical risks portrayed in the film and on the basis of questionnaires that contain respondents' answers to structured research, to determine the possible impact of such a film for the general public and professionals. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical chapter and the practical chapter. Each of them is further divided into subchapters. In the theoretical chapter, this work deals with the definitions of stocks and stock markets, as well as the identification of unethical behavior that may be associated with stocks. The practical chapter is divided into two parts. The first part identifies the ethical risks associated with the film The Wolf of Wall Street and the second part is a questionnaire with closed and open questions for respondents related to the film and general ethical perception. The structured questionnaire was then answered by three different groups of people, namely students of the University of Economics, students of other schools and representatives of business corporations who had or could have practical experience in trading on the stock markets. |
