| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je ze zpracované strategické analýzy akciové společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj vymezit silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a ohrožení společnosti a navrhnout doporučení pro její budoucí vývoj. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a jsou zde vysvětleny terminologie, které se běžně využívají při zpracování strategické analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na externí a interní analýzu. Nejprve je zpracována externí analýza, která mimo jiné zahrnuje PESTLE analýzu a Porterův model 5 sil. Interní analýza obsahuje identifikaci vnitřních zdrojů, jejich vyhodnocení pomocí VRIO analýzy a finanční analýzu společnosti. Na závěr se z výše provedených analýz vypracuje SWOT analýza, pomocí které jsou zformulovány doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company Pilsner Urquell Brewery with the help of a strategic analysis, and to make recommendations for future development. The theoretical part is based on the professional literature and explains the terminologies that are commonly used in the creation of strategic analysis. The practical part is focused on external and internal analyses. Firstly, the external analysis is introduced, which, among other things, includes a PESTLE analysis and Porter's Five Forces. The internal analysis consists of an identification of internal resources, their evaluation using VRIO analysis and a financial analysis. Lastly, the internal analysis is followed by a SWOT analysis, based on which the recommendations are formulated. |
