| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou připravenosti Jihočeského kraje v oblasti financování a poskytování sociálně-zdravotní péče v kontextu rostoucí prevalence Alzhei-merovy choroby. Trend rostoucí prevalence Alzheimerovy demence představuje pro budoucnost významnou hrozbu a měli bychom věnovat úsilí na zvýšení připravenosti v oblasti poskytování specializované sociálně-zdravotní péče. Analýzu připravenosti jsem prováděla za pomoci nástroje strategických scénářů a analýzy zdrojové základny subjektu. Vytvořila jsem 4 strategické scénáře, do kterých jsem následně zasadila Jihočeský kraj a analyzovala, jak se subjekt v časovém rozmezí 2025-2030 vyrovnal s nastalými změnami. Kromě strategických scénářů, vycházejících z matice scénářů, vznikly ještě 3 samostatné divoké karty |

| Abstract: | The thesis introduces the analysis of the readiness of the South Bohemian Region in the field of financing and provision of social and health care in the context of the growing prevalence of Alzheimer's disease. The trend of increasing prevalence of Alzheimer's dementia poses a significant threat to the future and we should make efforts to increase preparedness for the provision of specialized social and health care. I performed the readiness analysis with the help of the tool of strategic scenarios and the analysis of the subject's resource base. I created 4 strategic scenarios, in which I subsequently inserted the South Bohemian region and analyzed how the subject coped with the changes in the period 2025-2030. In addition to strategic scenarios based on a scenario matrix, I created 3 separate wild cards. |
