| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma „Zkreslování údajů o hospodaření účetní jednotky a manipulace účetních výkazů“ sleduje vlivy působení účtování o účtech, ke kterým je potřebný odborný úsudek, na možnosti zkreslení účetnictví nebo manipulaci účetních výkazů. Na základě analýzy a komparace účetních podvodů v praxi sleduje práce průsečíky, které je provází a doporučuje soubor postupů pro jejich eliminaci. |

| Abstract: | This Master thesis deals with the topic of Misrepresentation of operating performance of the entity and financial statement manipulation. It examines the effect of accounting records in areas surrounded by significant estimates and professional judgement application on the possibility of financial statement manipulation. Based on the analysis and comparation of accounting fraud in practice, the Thesis identifies the intersections that accompany them and recommends a set of procedures for their elimination. |
