| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je popsat současný stav digitalizace státní správy ČR a posoudit, zda veřejně oznámený předpokládaný vývoj v této oblasti od- povídá tomu, co je v anglické literatuře nazýváno "best practices" a též navrhnout doporučení v souladu s mezinárodními zkušenostmi. V teoretické části jsem převzal z odborné literatury teoretický základ pro stanovení struktury digitálního prostředí, kritéria hodnocení kvality jeho prvků, fáze a kroky rozvoje e-governmentu. Mapo- vání současného stavu digitalizace, benchmarking a následující vyhodnocení současného stavu a plánovaného vývoje digitálního prostředí pomocí různých mo- delů objevily úzká místa existujícího rámce. S těmi pak úzce souvisí doporučení uvedená v této práci. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this diploma thesis is to describe the current state of digitalisation of the Czech Republic and assess whether the publicly announced expected development in this area corresponds to what is called "best practices" in English literature and also to propose recommendations in accordance with international experience. In the theoretical part, I took from the literature the theoretical basis for determining the structure of the digital environment, the criteria for evaluating the quality of its elements, phases and steps of e-government development. Evaluation of the current state and planned development of the digital environment using various models have revealed weaknesses in the existing framework. The recommendations given in this work are closely related to weaknesses, that were found. |
