| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou úhrady hospitalizační zdravotní péče pro-střednictvím systému DRG. Zaměření práce je aplikováno na výkony TEP v Nemocnici Havlíčkův Brod, příspěvková organizace. V praktické části jsme se zaměřili na rozbor výkonů TEP kyčlí a kolen, na závislost nákladů na délce hospitalizace a věku pacienta. V práci jsou použity produkční data nemocnice za rok 2019. V dotazníkovém šetření jsme zkoumali ochotu respondentů se finančně spolupodílet na financování poskytnuté zdravotní péče. V diskusní části práce jsou zodpovězeny vý-zkumné otázky, které měly prokázat souvislost finanční stability a struktury produkce po zavedení plateb pomocí systému DRG. |

| Abstract: | The dissertation deals with the issue payment DRG system of hospitalizing health care. The focus of the work is applied to surgical procedures in Hospital Havlíčkův Brod. In the practical part we focused on the analysis surgical procedures of hips and knees, depending on the cost of hospitalization and the age of the patient. We used hospital production data from year 2019 in this thesis. In the questionnaire survey, we examined the willingness of respondents financially participate in the financing of provided health care. In the discussion part of the thesis, excess questions that were supposed to demonstrate the context of financial stability and production structures after payments using DRG system. |
