| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo předložit konkrétní návrhy opatření pro zadržování vody v krajině v katastrálním území obce Šestajovice u Prahy. Tyto návrhy byly součástí adaptačních opatření na změnu klimatu. Navržená opatření vycházejí z analýzy provedené v rámci práce Místní strategie adaptace na změnu klimatu obce Šestajovice – východiska. Kro-mě návrhu komplexních pozemkových úprav byla zkoumána i jednotlivá vybraná opatření. Zkoumána byla stránka nejen environmentální, ale také ekonomická a společenská. Výsledky výzkumu tak mohou sloužit jako východisko pro rozhodování managementu krajiny i veřejné správy. Výzkum ukázal, že v rámci řešené obce existuje prostor pro tvorbu adaptačních opatření, jejichž podobu předložil jako součást návrhu komplexních pozemkových úprav řešeného území. Dále prokázal, že vodu lze zadržovat i na nejmenších jednotkách, jako jsou pozemky s rodinnými domy, a to i s ekonomickou návratností. Výzkum také potvrdil, že do tvorby adaptačních opatření mohou obce zapojit i občany, byť reálná ochota občanů účastnit se na těchto aktivitách je výrazně nižší než ochota deklarovaná. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis was to present specific proposals of measures for water retention in the landscape of the cadastral municipality Šestajovice near Prague. These proposals were part of climate change adaption measures. These proposed measures are based on the analysis performed in the thesis: The Local Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change in the municipality of Šestajovice – starting points. In addition to the design of complex land improvements, individual selected measures were also researched. Not only the environmental but also the economic and social aspects were researched. The outcomes of the research can be used as a starting point for decision-making by landscape management and public administration. Therefore, the research showed that within the municipality there is also a room for the creation of adaption measures, the form of which it presented as part of the proposals of complex land improvements in the selected municipality. Further, it proved that water can be retained in the smallest units such as housing estates with family houses, even considering the economic return. The research also confirmed that municipalities can involve citizens in the creation of adaption measures, although the real willingness of citizens in these activities is significantly lower than the willingness declared. |
