| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu a potřeb z hlediska konceptu Smart City v Jindřichově Hradci a analýza možnosti financování projektů týkajících se konceptu Smart City. Na tomto základě bylo cílem doporučit oblasti, na které by se město mělo v rámci svého rozvoje zaměřit. První částí práce je teoretický rámec týkající se konceptu Smart City, oblastí Smart City, realizovaných chytrých projektů v rámci České republiky i zahraničí a možností financování chytrých projektů. Teoretický rámec posloužil jako základ pro výzkumnou část. Výzkumná část práce obsahuje kvalitativní analýzu vybraných strategických dokumentů města a výsledky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s představiteli města. Tato část je doplněna o dotazníkové šetření po-skytnutého obyvatelům Jindřichova Hradce, jehož výsledky byly zhodnoceny a inter-pretovány pomocí popisné statistiky. Závěr práce obsahuje navrhovaná řešení týkající se oblastí Smart City a možným aplikovaným projektům. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current state and needs in terms of the Smart City concept in Jindřichův Hradec and to analyze the possibility of financing projects related to the Smart City concept. On this basis, the aim was to recommend areas that the city should focus on in its development. The first part of the current work describes a theoretical framework including the concept of Smart City, various areas of Smart City, implemented smart projects in the Czech Republic and abroad and also several options of a smart projects financing. The theoretical framework served as the basis for the research part of the thesis which contains a qualitative analysis of chosen strategic documents of the city as well as the results of semi-structured interviews with the city officials. Additionally, in this part, there is a questionnaire survey to be found. The results obtained from the respondents – the inhabitants of Jindřichův Hradec – were evaluated and interpreted using descriptive statistics. The conclusion of the thesis shows proposed solutions related to the areas of Smart City and possible applied projects. |
