| Abstract: | Sociální bydlení v České republice je práce, která se zaměřuje na aktuální téma státní intervence do sociálního bydlení v kontextu vývoje myšlenky zabránit sociálnímu vyloučení u skupin obyvatelstva, které nejsou schopni si obstarat bydlení za tržních podmínek. Nastíněný ideový koncept sociálního bydlení v zahraničí a novodobé historii České republiky nastavuje východiska a limity pro výstavbu sociálních bytů. Analyzován je program státní podpory, který v České republice kontinuálně více než dvacet let poskytuje a řídí Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj pod názvem podprogram Podporované byty – Pečovatelský byt. Formou kvantitativní analýzy je zjišťována deformace trhu dotací. Následně je kvalitativním výzkumem na vzorku projektově srovnatelných sociálních bytů analyzován konkrétní přínos pro investora. |

| Abstract: | Social Housing in the Czech Republic is a thesis, which is focused on the actual topic of the state intervention into the social housing in the context of avoiding social exclusion of certain group of population. This group of population shall not be able to secure housing under the market conditions. Described concept of the social housing in the foreign countries as well as in the modern history of the Czech Republic sets out solutions and limitations for construction of the social houses. Analyzed is the program of a state subsidy support, which is operated in the Czech Republic for more than 20 years by Ministry of Regional Development under the name Supported housing - nursing house. By quantitative analysis is explored deformation of the market by the subsidies. Followingly, by qualitative research of the similar projects examples is analyzed specific profit for the investor of social housing. |
