| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma Získávání pracovníků je zaměřena na celý pro-ces získávání pracovníků, zahrnující také proces výběru pracovníků v organizaci Oblastní charita Polička. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnoce-ní získávání a výběru pracovníků v této organizaci, pomocí kvalitativní me-tody, konkrétně interview, a následné navržení doporučení k optimalizaci těchto dvou procesů. Formou literární rešerše práce popisuje plánování lid-ských zdrojů, vnitřní a vnější podmínky získávání pracovníků, specifika lid-ských zdrojů v neziskové organizaci, dále celý proces výběru pracovníků, který zahrnuje kritéria a metody výběru, volbu a shromažďování dokumentů od uchazečů, předvýběr na základě předložených dokumentů a formulaci nabídky zaměstnání. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis on the topic of Recruitment is focused on the whole process of recruitment, including the process of selecting employees in the organization Oblastní charita Polička. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the recruitment and selection of employees in this organization, using a qualitative method, concretely an interview, and then propose recommendations to optimize these two processes. In the form of a literature search, the thesis describes the planning of human resources, internal and external conditions of recruiting staff, the specifics of human resources in a non-profit organization, the whole process of staff selection, which includes selection criteria and methods, selection and collection of documents from candidates, submitted documents and the formulation of the job offer. |
