| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na šestý a sedmý rámcový program pro podporu výzkumu a technologického rozvoje, které jsou jedním z finančních nástrojů Evropského Společenství pro usměrňování priorit výzkumu a vývoje v jednotlivých členských státech. V prvních dvou částech (kapitola 2 a 3) se práce snaží o srozumitelné vysvětlení fungování obou rámcových programů. Třetí část práce (kapitola 4) se zaměřuje na analýzu specifické finančně administrativní situace vysoké školy pro účast v projektech spolupráce, obou rámcových programů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on sixth and seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstration activities, which are one of the finacial tools of European Community for coordinating the priorities of research and development in particular member states. In first two parts (chapter 2 and 3) the work makes an effort to explain the principles of both Framework Programmes. The third part (chapter 4) is focused on the analysis of specific financial and administration situation of university participating in collaborative project in both Programmes. |
