| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit, zda úroveň work-life balance manažera ovlivňuje jeho styl vedení. Doposud byl tento vztah zkoumán pouze z pozice stylu vedení nad-řízeného ovlivňující work-life balance podřízeného, jedná se tedy o nový úhel po-hledu na tuto problematiku. Práce je proto pojata jako pilotní studie zkoumající vztah zmíněných proměnných. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byla sebrána data od respondentů, která byla následně zpracována a zanalyzována pomocí popisné statis-tiky a Pearsonova a Spearmanova korelačního koeficientu. Na základě analýzy dat byl zjištěn vztah mezi work-life balance a jednou ze složek transakčního stylu vedení jedince. Dá se však předpokládat, že tento vztah je ovlivňován dalšími proměnnými a byl navrhnut postup pro rozšíření výzkumu do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis aims to determine whether the level of work-life balance of the manager affects his leadership style. So far, this relationship has been examined only from the position of the superior's leadership style influencing the work-life balance of the subordinate, so it is a new perspective on this issue. The work is therefore taken as a pilot study examining the relationship of these variables. Using a questionnaire survey, data were collected from respondents, which were then processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson's and Spearman's correlation coefficient. Based on the analysis of the data, the relationship between work-life balance and one of the components of the transactional style of an individual was found. However, it can be assumed that this relationship is influenced by other variables and a procedure has been proposed to expand research in the future. |
