| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou outsourcingu a offshoringu. Popisuje vývoj obou forem spolupráce, zmiňuje právní úpravu v České republice a ukazuje jakým způsobem lze outsourcingový vztah smluvně ošetřit. Na příkladu z praxe ukazuje outsourcingovou spolupráci při vedení účetnictví v obchodní organizaci. Následně je práce zaměřena na možnosti zefektivnění spolupráce mezi dodavatelem outsourcingových služeb a jejich odběratelem. V závěru jsou shrnuty návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení spolupráce obou stran a dále zmiňuje, jak lze dosáhnout úspor při využití outsourcingu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of outsourcing and offshoring. It describes evolution of both forms of cooperation, mentions the applicable legislation in the Czech Republic and shows how the contractual relationship can be treated. The thesis demonstrates relationship of two companies for outsourcing of accounting. Also, the thesis focuses on opportunities for a more effective cooperation between a provider of outsourcing services and a customer. In the closing parts suggestions for improvement of cooperation of both sides are summarized, including ways how to achieve savings when using outsourcing. |
