| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Podpora sportu z veřejných rozpočtů se zabývá veřejným financováním sportovních klubů v České republice. Shrnuje možnosti čerpání veřejných prostředků na národní, krajské a obecní úrovni. Zahrnuje legislativní podmínky poskytování dotací a sportovní organizace věnující se sportu v národním měřítku. Zákon č. 115/2001 Sb., o podpoře sportu určuje podmínky pro vznik a fungování Národní sportovní agentury, která je centrálním místem pro veškeré sportovní dotace. Dále se práce věnuje pozitivním a negativním vlivům sportování. Cílem práce je komparace přidělování dotací z městských rozpočtů města Strakonice a města Písek a zhodnocení čerpání finančních prostředků z veřejných zdrojů strakonických sportovních klubů. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi aktivně sportujícími lidmi ve Strakonicích hodnotí stav místních sportovišť a podmínky pro sportování. Z veřejně dostupných zdrojů porovnává dvě konkurenční města – Strakonice a Písek z hlediska poskytování finančních dotací místním sportovním organizacím. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis Support of sport from public budgets deals with public financing of sports clubs in the Czech Republic. It summarizes the possibilities of drawing public funds at the national, regional and municipal levels. It includes the legislative conditions for the provision of subsidies and sports organizations dedicated to sports on a national scale. Act No. 115/2001 Coll., On the support of sports, determines the conditions for the establishment and operation of the National Sports Agency, which is the central place for all sports subsidies. Furthermore, the work deals with the positive and negative effects of sports. The aim of the work is to compare the allocation of subsidies from the city budgets of the city of Strakonice and the city of Písek and to evaluate the drawing of funds from public sources of Strakonice sports clubs. Using a questionnaire survey among active sports people in Strakonice, they assess the condition of local sports venues and conditions for sports. From publicly available sources, it compares two competing cities - Strakonice and Písek in terms of providing financial subsidies to local sports organizations. |
