| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupem obcí v realizaci Smart City. Cílem této práce je vymezit problematiku chytrého města a zhodnotit vybrané obce Středočeského a Jihočeského kraje, které jsou analyzovány z hlediska veřejně dostupných dat na internetu. K jejich vyhodnocení slouží konstruovaný bodovací systém. Pomocí zmíněných metod lze shrnout, že Středočeský kraj je průměrně chytřejší než Jihočeský, ze kterého pochází nejchytřejší i nejméně chytrá obec. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the approach of municipalities in the implementation of a Smart City concept. The main goal of this work aims to define the issues of the Smart City and to create an evaluation of the selected municipalities of the Central and the South Bohemian regions, which were both analyzed in terms of publicly available data on the internet. To evaluate those selected municipalities the constructed rating system was applied. By using the previously mentioned methods, it is possible to claim that the Central Bohemian Region is averagely smarter than the South Bohemian Region, from where comes the smartest but also the least smart town. |
