Diplomová práce se zabývá teorií muzejnictví v České republice, vysvětlením souvisejících pojmů, teorií inovace a zároveň detailně přibližuje Muzeum fotografie a moderních obrazových médií v Jindřichově Hradci. Diplomová práce na základě provedené analýzy zjišťuje způsob řízení a financování inovací v podniku a komparuje je s trendy inovací v muzejnictví. Poté navrhuje zavedení nové inovace vhodné pro Muzeum fotografie a moderních obrazových médií v Jindřichově Hradci. K dosažení cíle je zjišťováno, jak probíhá inovační proces, z čeho jsou inovace financovány a jaké jsou inovační trendy v muzejnictví. Na základě řízených rozhovorů a rešerší trendů v muzejnictví je odpovězeno na výzkumné otázky. Práce předkládá deset navržených inovací pro muzeum fotografie. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with the theory of museum management in Czech Republic, explaining related key concepts, the theory of innovation and moreover details the Museum of Photography and Modern Visual Media in Jindřichův Hradec. Based on own analysis the thesis surveys the management and financing of innovations in the establishment and compares them with current trends in the museum management innovations. Subsequently it offers more innovations suitable for the Museum of Photography and Modern Visual Media in Jindřichův Hradec. In order to achieve it the thesis analyses the innovation process, the foundations of the financing and the innovation trends in current museum management. The research questions are responded from the lead interviews and reconnaissance of the trends. The thesis concludes in suggesting ten innovation ideas for the Museum. |
