| Abstract: | Právnické osoby jsou povinny nahrávat dokumenty do veřejného rejstříku a sbírky listin, kdy ale tuto povinnost však nedodržuje více než polovina. Existují indicie, že se významným způsobem na zveřejnění účetní závěrky podílejí stakeholdeři. Ovšem předchozí studie se vlivu stakeholderů na transparentnost věnovaly pouze minimálně. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, kteří stakeholdeři ovlivňují zveřejňování účetní závěrky zapsaných spolků. Šetření probíhá formou smíšeného výzkumu, kdy v první části analyzuje dokumenty zveřejněné ve sbírce listin a poté jsou provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory se zástupci sportovních organizací. Výsledky ukazují, že chybně zveřejnilo nebo dokonce nezveřejnilo účetní závěrku v průměru 70 % zapsaných spolků. Nejčastějšími důvody jsou neznalost zákonů a špatná komunikace uvnitř klubu. Ukázalo se, že stakeholdeři mají velký vliv na zveřejňování účetní závěrky, práce identifikuje pět nejvýznamnějších stakeholderů. V diplomové práci jsou také uvedena doporučení, která by mohla zvýšit množství zveřejněných účetních závěrek. |

| Abstract: | Legal persons are obliged to upload documents to the public register and the collection of documents, but more than half of them do not comply with this obligation. There are indications, that stakeholders play a significant role in the publication of closing financial statement. However, previous studies have paid only minimal attention to the influence of stakeholders on transparency. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out, which stakeholders influence the publication of the closing financial statement of registered clubs. The research takes the form of mixed research, the first part analyzes the documents published in the collection of documents and then are conducted semi-structured interviews with representatives of sports organizations. Results show that, on average, 70 % of registered clubs incorrectly published or even did not publish closing financial statement. The most common reasons are unfamiliarity with the law and poor communication within the club. It turned out that stakeholders have a great influence on the publication of closing financial statement and the thesis identifies the five most important stakeholders. The diploma thesis also contains recommendations that could increase the number of published closing financial statements. |
