| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou účastníků cestovního ruchu v malém ubytovacím zařízení v destinaci Český Krumlov. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat klientelu penzionu dle generačního hlediska a zhodnotit, zda je schopen Pension Vyhlídka uspokojit jejich požadavky. Práce dále charakterizuje profil typického návštěvníka penzionu, odhaluje preference hostů dle zařazení do věkových kohort a navrhuje majiteli ubytovacího zařízení doporučení, vedoucí k budoucímu úspěšnému chodu podniku. Cíle bylo dosaženo na základě dat, získaných dotazníkovým šetřením, od hostů ubytovaných v penzionu v letech 2019 a 2020. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty nejpodstatnější poznatky získané výzkumem ohledně spotřebního chování v cestovním ruchu českých zástupců generací X, Y, a Z v Pensionu Vyhlídka. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of tourism participants in a small accommodation facility in the destination Český Krumlov. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the clientele of the pension in terms of generational age cohorts and to evaluate whether Pension Vyhlídka is able to satisfy their requirements. The work further characterizes the profile of a typical visitor of the pension, reveals the preferences of guests according to the age cohorts and proposes to the owner of the accommodation facility recommendations leading to a future successful operation of the company. The goal was achieved on the basis of data obtained by a questionnaire survey from guests staying in the pension in 2019 and 2020. At the end of the work are summarized the most important findings obtained by research on consumer behavior in tourism of Czech representatives of generations X, Y, and Z in Pension Vyhlídka. |
