| Abstract: | Teoretická část přinese poznatky ze soudobé právní lingvistiky a trestního práva. Výzkumná část se nejprve zaměří na jazyk a styl právních dokumentů, nabídne rozbor slovní zásoby a větné stavby, užívané v právních dokumentech. Zhodnocen bude funkční styl a struktura právních písemností. Samostatná kapitola bude věnována i právní terminologii. Dále se bude práce věnovat právním dokumentům v souvislosti s trestnou činností. Na základě kritické analýzy přinese seznam problematických oblastí, kterým by měli manažeři věnovat pozornost v souvislosti se smlouvami a dalšími typy právních komunikátů. Následovat bude kritické pojednání o tom, jaké role právní dokumenty v souvislosti s trestním řízením plní, ukáže nástrahy toho, pokud jim dostatečně neporozumíme, stejně jako možnosti, které nám právní komunikace dává. |

| Abstract: | The theoretical part will bring knowledge from contemporary legal linguistics and criminal law. The research part will first focus on the language and style of legal documents, offering an analysis of vocabulary and sentence structure used in legal documents. The functional style and structure of legal documents will be evaluated. A separate chapter will be devoted to legal terminology. Furthermore, the work will focus on legal documents in connection with crime. Based on a critical analysis, it will provide a list of problem areas that managers should pay attention to in connection with contracts and other types of legal communications. A critical discussion of the role of legal documents in criminal proceedings will follow, showing the pitfalls of not understanding them well, as well as the opportunities that legal communication gives us. |
