| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu stávající manažerské výsledovky v konkrétním podniku a návrh její nové podoby. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána problematika odlišného pojetí nákladů v manažerském a finančním účetnictví a různých členění nákladů. Následně je zde také vymezen pojem výnos a uvedeny různé možnosti tvorby výsledovek a oceňování vlastních výkonů. Praktická část je věnována představení podniku a analýze stávající výsledovky podniku. V závěru práce je uveden návrh nové podoby výsledovky podniku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the current management income statement in a particular company and aims to arrive at its new possible form. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the issue of different conceptions of costs in management and financial accounting and various breakdowns of costs. Subsequently, the concept of income itself is also defined and different options for creating income statements and valuing their own performance are presented. The practical part is focused on introduction of a company and the analysis of the existing income statement of said company. The final part of the work includes a draft for a new form of income statement for the company. |
