| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem obsazování volných pracovních míst. Jedná se tedy o získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptaci zaměstnanců. Trh práce je neustále ovlivňován ekonomickými mechanismy a firmy tak musí zajistit, aby co nejefektivněji přilákaly zaměstnance a dlouhodobě si je uvnitř firmy udržely. Cílem práce je posoudit proces obsazování volných pracovních míst ve vybrané společnosti a identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky. Přínos práce spočívá ve formulaci doporučení, jejichž realizace povede ke zlepšení sledovaného procesu ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s Thesis deals with the process of filling vacancies. It is therefore about obtaining, selecting, hiring and adapting employees. The labor market is constantly influenced by economic mechanisms and companies must ensure that they attract employees as effectively as possible and keep them within the company for a long time. The aim of this work is to assess the process of filling vacancies in a selected company and identify its strengths and weaknesses. The contribution of the work lies in the formulation of recommendations, the implementation of which will lead to the improvement of the monitored process in the selected company. |
