| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na veřejný sektor a na financování veřejných služeb. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce zabývá veřejným sektorem obecně, věnuje se pojmu územní samospráva a seznamuje se službami, které tyto územní samosprávné celky poskytují. Také zahrnuje pojmy územní rozpočet, rozpočtové provizorium a závěrečný účet. Teoretická část práce dále analyzuje právní předpisy v oblasti pravidel hospodaření, jež se dotýkají územních samosprávných celků a municipálních obchodních korporací. Praktická část je zaměřena na město Planá nad Lužnicí a jeho spolupráci s municipální obchodní korporací, která zajišťuje některé veřejné služby. Praktická část se dále zaměřuje na financování těchto služeb, zejména údržby zeleně a financování konkrétního projektu revitalizace městské zeleně. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines public sector and financing of public services. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the public sector in general, analysing a territorial self government and the services that are provided by it. This part also studies terms such as a local budget, a provisional budget and a final account. The theoretical part analyses legislation specific for the territorial self governing units and municipal business corporations. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the town Planá nad Lužnicí and its partnership with municipal business corporation which provides some of the public services. Then, it is focused on financing of these services, especially the maintenance of green areas and particular urban revitalisation project. |
