| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak současné portfolio benefitů přispívá k pracovní motivaci ve společnosti Eurowag a zároveň je součástí hlavního cíle vyhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě a na základě těchto zjištění navržená doporučení k případnému zlepšení. Práce nejdříve rozebírá pojmy „motivace“, „motivační teorie“ a „pracovní spokojenost“, a to z pohledu několika autorů. Další část je pak věnována benefitům a jejich trendům jak v České republice, tak v mezinárodním kontextu. Následně je podrobně představena společnost W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s., neboli Eurowag – její historie i současnost, nabízené produkty, hodnoty společnosti, a především systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Poslední část práce se pak zabývá analýzou hloubkového rozhovoru s vedoucí zaměstnankyní HR oddělení, analýze výsledků dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo i na zahraničních pobočkách, a vyhodnocení předem stanovených hypotéz. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou pak na závěr navržena doporučení společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how the current portfolio of benefits contributes to work motivation in the company Eurowag and at the same time is part of the main goal to evaluate employee satisfaction in the company and based on these findings to propose recommendations for possible improvements. The work first analyses the concepts of "motivation", "motivational theories" and "job satisfaction", from the perspective of several authors. The next part is devoted to benefits and their trends both in the Czech Republic and in the international context. Subsequently, W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s., or Eurowag is presented – its history and present, offered products, company values, and especially the system of employee benefits. The last part of the thesis then deals with the analysis of an in-depth interview with the head of the HR department, the analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey, which also took place at foreign offices, and the evaluation of predetermined hypotheses. Based on these findings, the company's recommendations are proposed. |
