| Abstract: | Česká a peruánská kultura jsou kvůli velké geografické vzdálenosti a odlišnému historickému vývoji velmi rozdílné. Interakcí obou kultur mohou proto vznikat četná nedorozumění, která zástupce jednotlivých kultur mezi sebou ještě více odcizují a odrazují je od vzájemné spolupráce. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat česko-peruánské a peruánsko-české kulturní standardy ve formálních vztazích, které by pomohly tyto kulturní rozdíly objasnit. Zjištěné kulturní standardy jsou porovnány s teoretickými východisky a slouží také jako podklady pro doporučení primárně českým občanům, jež se chystají do Peru za studiem či prací. Doporučení jsou také přínosná pro české podnikatele, kteří chtějí navázat obchodní styky se svým peruánským protějškem nebo s ním úspěšně uzavřít důležitý obchod. |

| Abstract: | Czech and Peruvian culture are due to a huge geographical distance and a different historical development very different. During the interaction of both cultures numerous misunderstanding can arise, that alienate representatives of the individual cultures even more and dissuade them to cooperate with each other. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to identify Czech-Peruvian and Peruvian-Czech cultural standards in formal environment, that could help to clarify those cultural differences. The discovered cultural standards are compared to theoretical findings and they serve as sources for recommendation primarily to Czech citizens coming to Peru to study or to work. The recommendations are also helpful to Czech businessmen, that want to establish economic relations with their Peruvian counterpart or successfully close an important deal. |
