| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce na téma Mezinárodní transfery odsouzených za drogové trestné činy analyzuje souvislosti mezi pácháním trestné činnosti, obtvláště drogové, a aktivitou dotčených států při jednání o uzavření bilaterálních transferových smluv nebo jejich aplikaci. Analýza je založena na pozici státu v názvu bilaterální smlouvy, vliv pohybu obyvatelstva na páchání kriminality a souvislost s drogovou kriminalitou. Výsledky analýz ukazují, že nelze dodat exaktní důkazy. Nejzásadnější náznaky nepřímých důkazů poukazují na spojení mezi drogovou kriminalitou na území jednotlivých států a jejich aktivitou při uzavírání bilaterálních smluv. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis on the topic of International transfers of sentenced persons convicted of drug offenses analyzes the relationship between the commission of crime, especially drugs, and the activity of the states concerned in the negotiation of bilateral transfer treaties or their application. The analysis is based on the position of the state in the name of the bilateral treaty, the influence of population movements on crime and the connection with drug crime. The results of the analyzes show that exact evidence cannot be provided. The most fundamental indications of circumstantial evidence point to a link between national drug crime and their activity in concluding bilateral treaties. |
