| Abstract: | Bělorusko jako bývalá země Sovětského svazu zůstalo po svém odpojení pro geopolitiku Ruska jednou z hlavních priorit. Předkládaná diplomová práce je koncipována jako jednopřípadová studie analyzující rusko-běloruské vztahy po roce 2014. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy prostředků vlivu Ruska na Bělorusko ukázat, jakým způsobem Rusko provádí svoji geopolitiku a jak je využívá pro posílení svého vlivu v Bělorusku. Teoretická část je zaměřená na analýzu hlavních teorií ruských geopolitických škol. V empirické části je zkoumán ambiciózní projekt – vytvoření nadnárodní konfederace Ruska a Běloruska. Pak jsou podrobně zanalyzovány vztahy Ruska a Běloruska v následujících oblastech: politické, vojensko-bezpečnostní a ekonomické. |

| Abstract: | Belarus, as a former Soviet Union country, has remained one of Russia's top priorities since its disconnection. This diploma thesis is conceived as a case study which analyses relations between Russia and Belarus after 2014. The aim of this thesis is based on the analysis of the means of Russia's influence on Belarus to show how Russia implements its geopolitics and how Russia uses it to strengthen its influence in Belarus. The theoretical part is focused on the analysis of the main theories of russian geopolitical schools. The empirical part deals with analysing an ambitious project - the creation of a supranational confederation of Russia and Belarus. Relations between Russia and Belarus are analyzed in detail in the following areas: political, military-security and economic. |
