| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou zajištění rizika pomocí mezinárodní kupní smlouvy u společností, které mají sídlo v České republice. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaká důležitost je přikládána jednotlivým náležitostem kupní smlouvy pro redukci rizik v mezinárodním obchodě. V teoretické části je definováno riziko, jeho rozdělení, hodnocení a následné řízení podnikových rizik. Dále práce vymezuje otázku mezinárodní kupní smlouvy a její obsah. V praktické části je zkoumán hlavní cíl pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Respondenti v dotazníku hodnotí celkem 9 náležitostí, které byly stanoveny na základě literární části. Z celkového výčtu náležitostí jsou 4 stanoveny jako klíčové pro zajištění rizik, z nich jsou 3 stanoveny povinné ze zákona. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že mezi rozdílnými typy společností se neobjevily významné odlišnosti v ohodnocení jednotlivých náležitostí. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis is focused on reducing the possible risks with important clauses in an international sales contract in the Czech Republic. The main aim was survey of importance clauses of sales contract by Czech companies in international trade. The theoretical part examines concept of risk, its classification, evaluation, and risk management. Furthermore, this thesis explains importance of international sales contract and its suitable clauses and key clauses. The practical part focuses on survey of main aim with questionnaire inquiry. The questionnaire includes 9 basic clauses of international sales contract. These clauses were based on information from the Czech authors. Respondents of survey give high values to 4 clauses, 3 of them are mandatory by law. The survey suggests that there aren’t any differences of risk evaluation between various types of companies. |
