| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je prostudovat bezpečnostní politiku Běloruské republiky na státní a mezinárodní úrovni a také prozkoumat problematiku běloruské jaderné elektrárny, jako jednoho z nástrojů provádění této politiky. První kapitola práce se zabývá teoretickou části, kde jsou představeny pojmy státní a mezinárodní bezpečnosti, bezpečnostní politiky a její možné nástroje. Druhá kapitola se věnuje strategii státní bezpečnosti Běloruska a její implementaci na příkladu současné mezinárodní spolupráce. Třetí část zahrnuje hlavní závěry ohledně provádění bezpečnostní politiky na státní a mezinárodní úrovni v oblasti strategicko-energetických objektů. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to study the security policy of the Republic of Belarus at the national and international level and to examine the issue of the Belarusian nuclear power plant, as one of the tools for implementing this policy. The first chapter deals with the theoretical part, which introduces the concepts of national and international security, security policy and its possible tools. The second chapter deals with the strategy of state security of Belarus and its implementation on the example of current international cooperation. The third part includes the main conclusions regarding the implementation of security policy at the national and international level in the field of strategic energy facilities. |
