| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat stávající situaci ve společnosti a sestavit podnikatelský plán na rozšíření podnikání pro zavedenou obchodní společnost. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část se věnuje poznatkům z oblasti podnikání, podnikatelského plánu v teoretické rovině. Dále představuje informace o obchodní společnosti, související legislativu, historii daného obchodu a její specifika. V druhé části je uveden záměr na rozšíření předmětu podnikání. Dále je zde sestaven podnikatelský plán, který zahrnuje analýzy, plány a strategie. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to examine the current situation in the company and to compile a business plan to expand the business for an established business company. The Bachelor's Thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the knowledge from the field of business, business plan on the theoretical level. It also presents information about the company, related legislation, the history of the business, and its particularities. The second part presents the intention to expand the subject of the business. Furthermore, a business plan is compiled, which includes analyses, plans and strategies. |
