| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především dávkami v nemoci a dávkami pro rodiny s dětmi v České republice a Irsku. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje definici sociálního zabezpečení a členění systémů sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a Irsku, druhá kapitola popisuje prameny práva. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje vybrané dávky v obou zemích. Pátá kapitola obsahuje komparaci a šestou kapitolou je zhodnocení shod a odlišností. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vybraných dávek sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a v Irsku, a dále předložení případných dílčích změn de lege ferenda pro Českou republiku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals mainly with illness benefits and benefits for families with children in the Czech Republic and Ireland. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of social security and the division of social security systems in the Czech Republic and Ireland, the second chapter describes the sources of law. The third and fourth chapters analyze selected benefits in both countries. The fifth chapter contains a comparison and the sixth chapter is an evaluation of similarities and differences. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate selected social security benefits in the Czech Republic and Ireland, and to present possible partial changes de lege ferenda for the Czech Republic. |
