| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjistit, které faktory napomáhají či zabraňují úspěšnému ukončení reorganizace splněním reorganizačního plánu. V první části práce je definován pojem reorganizace, její přípustnost a povolení. V další části je podrobněji popsán reorganizační plán. Třetí část se zabývá úspěšným a neúspěšným ukončením reorganizace. Součástí každé kapitoly je provedený výzkum na základě vlastní analýzy dat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine factors, that leads to or obstructs successful fulfillment of the reorganization plan. In the first part of the thesis is the concept of reorganization defined and its admissibility. In the next section is the reorganization plan described in detail. In the third part deals the author with the successful and unsuccessful fulfillment of the reorganization plan. Each section includes research based on author’s analysis. |
