| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma partnerství Francie a Německa v institucích Evropské unie se zaměřením na problematiku Cášské smlouvy z roku 2019. V teoretickém úvodu je nastíněna obecná tvorba koalic a specifika tvorby v Evropské unii. Dále je popsána předchozí spolupráce zkoumaných zemí v organizaci. Poslední část analyzuje hlasování v Evropské unii a národních parlamentech před uzavřením smlouvy a po ní pomocí nástrojů pokročilé datové analýzy a strojového učení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of cooperation between France and Germany within the European Union with a special focus on the Treaty of Aachen signed in 2019. In the theoretical introduction, general coalition building principles are described, as well as in the European Union. Additionally, the partnership background between the two states in the organization is summed up. Lastly, by using advanced data analysis and machine learning, the voting behavior of both states is provided based on the situation before and after singing the Treaty. |
