| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. První část práce je věnována právním předpisům, které jsou vybrány s ohledem na zaměření praktické části, tedy oblasti výtahového průmyslu. Druhá část je poté zaměřena na teoretické přiblížení managementu BOZP a třetí, praktická část, se zabývá prováděním BOZP v konkrétní vybrané společnosti – thyssenkrupp Elevator Eastern Europe GmbH, odštěpný závod – a vyhodnocení, zda jsou splňovány veškeré zákonné požadavky, zda společnost podniká kroky i nad rámec stanovený zákonem a zda existuje prostor pro případná zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is devoted to occupational health and safety. The first part is devoted to legal regulations, which are selected with regard to the focus of the practical part, in the area of elevator technology. The second part is then focused on the theoretical approach to health and safety management and the third, practical part, deals with the implementation of occupational health and safety in the selected company - thyssenkrupp Elevator Eastern Europe GmbH, odštěpný závod - and evaluation of whether all legal requirements are met, whether the company takes steps over framework established by law and whether there is an opportunity for improvement. |
