| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na Unii kapitálových trhů jakožto jednu z priorit Evropské unie. Účelem projektu Unie kapitálových trhů je zejména rozvíjet kapitálové trhy členských států EU. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat opatření přijatá v rámci Unie kapitálových trhů a zkoumat, jak by tato opatření mohla přispět k větší integraci a většímu rozvoji kapitálových trhů EU. Diplomová práce se dělí na čtyři části. První část popisuje teorii fungování kapitálových a finančních trhů, berouc při tom v potaz specifika Evropské unie. Druhá kapitola identifikuje problematické faktory, kteréžto se v minulých letech vyskytovaly na kapitálových trzích EU. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola pak analyzují na jedné straně příčiny těchto problematických faktorů a na straně druhé kroky, které byly přijaty v rámci Unie kapitálových trhů jakožto odpověď na tyto problémy, a zkoumají, jak by tyto kroky mohly podpořit integraci a rozvoj kapitálových trhů napříč Evropskou unií. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the Capital Markets Union as one of the priorities of the European Union. The objective of the Capital Markets Union project is primarily to develop capital markets of member states of the EU. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse measures adopted as parts of the Capital Markets Union and to research how these measures could increase the integration and development of capital markets of the EU. The diploma thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the theory of functioning of capital and financial markets taking specifics of the European Union into consideration. The second chapter identifies problematic factors which have been occurring on capital markets of the EU in recent years. The third and fourth chapters simultaneously analyse causes of the problematic factors as well as steps which were adopted as parts of the Capital Markets Union for resolving these problems and research how these steps could support the integration and development of capital markets across the European Union. |
