| Abstract: | Nadnárodní organizovaná trestná činnost obchodování s lidmi zůstává i v současnosti jedním z nejbohatších nelegálních trhů vůbec. Předkládaná bakalářská práce si klade za cíl upozornit na bariéry, které brání bezpečnostním orgánům jako je Europol v boji proti organizované trestné činnosti obchodování s lidmi. V teoretické části práce je definován trestný čin obchodování s lidmi na území Evropské unie, bezpečnostní orgány, které proti této kriminální činnosti bojují a následně se teoretická část zaměřuje na Europol, jeho činnost a význam při vyšetřování případů obchodování s lidmi. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou dále uplatněny v praktické části. V praktické části následně dochází k analýze Globálních zpráv o obchodování s lidmi Úřadu OSN pro drogy a kriminalitu a strategických plánů Europolu vydaných v období mezi lety 2009 a 2021. Na základě analýzy reportů těchto institucí práce definuje řadu bariér, které brání Europolu v boji a úplném vymýcení organizované kriminální činnosti obchodování s lidmi na území EU. Tato bakalářská práce přináší ucelený pohled na překážky, které brání bezpečnostním orgánům v boji proti obchodování s lidmi. |

| Abstract: | The transnational organized crime of trafficking in human beings remains one of the richest illegal markets ever. The presented bachelor thesis aims to draw attention to the barriers that prevent the law enforcement authorities such as Europol from fighting against the organized crime of trafficking in human beings. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the crime of trafficking in human beings in the European Union, security authorities that fight against this criminal activity and then the theoretical part focuses on Europol, its activities and actions in cases regarding trafficking in human beings. These theoretical findings are further applied in the practical part. The practical part contains an analysis of the Global Reports on Trafficking in Human Beings of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime and Europol's strategic plans issued between 2009 and 2021. Based on the analysis of the reports of these two institutions, the thesis defines a number of barriers that prevent Europol from fighting and completely eradicating the organized crime of trafficking in human beings in the European Union. This bachelor thesis brings a comprehensive view of the obstacles that prevent the law enforcement authorities from fighting against trafficking in human beings. |
